It was quite hard to eat Mandu (만두) since I stared vegetarian diet, because it contains pork. Mandu is similar to dumpling and Japanese gyoza. My brother loves them and eats so often! So I decided to make my own. It takes a bit of time and there are so much work, but very worthy. It's not comparable those frozen processed stuff that you can buy in supermarkets ;) Ingredients: - 1 pack of Mandu wrap (you can get it in any store in Korea) - Tofu - Different kinds of mushrooms (I used very common ones in here - golden oak mushrooms, button mushrooms) - Dried radish (for texture) - Some dropwart (but I suggest you replace it to leek if you don't like the scent) - Chopped kimchi - Some green-bean sprouts - Soy sauce - Sesame oil - Salt - Brown sugar For sauce: - 1tbsp soy sauce - 1tbsp vinegar - 1tsp red pepper power (Korean one) Recipes: 1.
