Journal en Sulangue

이탈리안 파슬리는 쑥쑥 자란다 정말! 어느 정도 성장해서 튼튼한 것도 있겠지만, 너무 자란 것 같아 줄기를 다 잘라냈었는데 이틀쯤 지나니 벌써 잎이 나고 있었다 o_O 반면 바질은 아직도 아기 수준이니 잘 살피고 애정을 주려고 하고 있다 ㅠㅠ 예전에 3줄기 살아남은 거에 비하면 지금은 완전 풍년 수준 ㅋㅋ

처음 바질을 심은 후로 2달이 지났다. 새싹 위에 이제 진짜 바질 잎이 조그맣게 자라기 시작했다!! 매일 쳐다보면서 '너로 언제 카프레제 샐러드 해먹니? 빨리 커라~' 하고 말한다 ㅋㅋ 저번엔 실패실패대실패였는데 이번엔 잘 자라고 있어서 너무 기쁘다 :DDDD 아마릴리스 . 초딩 4학년 때 담임선생님한테서 얻어온 알뿌리를 지금껏 키웠다. (나 말고 엄마가) 이게 이름임을 알게 된 건 불과 며칠 전 ㅋㅋ 여태까지 꽃이 4방향으로 자란다고 해서 그냥 '동서남북'이라고 불렀다. 그렇게 알고 얻어온 거 같고. 선생님한테 '선생님, 울엄마가 꽃 잘키우니까 이거 저 주세요' 이렇게 해서 얻어왔단다. 쌤은 애가 너무 당돌하고 야무지다고 엄마한테 전화했고 ㅋㅋ 여튼 잘 자라고 있고 매년 이렇게 예쁜 꽃도 피워주니 조으다~ 이 둘은 엄마가 여행가서 어디 식당인가에서 얻어온 거 ㅋㅋ 옮겨심은지 몇 주 된 거 같은데 역시 잘 자라고 있다! 베란다에 꽃이 가득하니 기분이 산뜻해지는 것 같다. 엄마가 왜 화분 자꾸 사는지 이해 못했는데 이제 조금 알 듯? 내가 애정을 쏟는만큼 건강하고 예쁘게 자라는 정비례 관계가 바람직하달까... 부모-자식 관계와는 다른 데서 오는 만족감? 여튼 바질이 한여름쯤이면 무럭무럭 자라있을까? 향긋한 생바질향 나는 요리 빨리 해먹고 싶다!!!

D-21 I guess most of the seeds are budded now. As you can see in the picture, I didn't spread the seeds evenly in a pot... They are still so small so when can I make caprese salad!! My mum loves to plant. There are a lot of pots in a balcony. We live in an appartment, so only small flowers and plants are possible to plant. Since it's the middle of spring, most of flowers are blooming! I don't know all the names but they look beautiful anyway :D My favourite one is a cactus. Its flower is tiny and so cute. I heard that it's hard to see a cactus to bloom, but it flower every year. (or more often? I don't remember how ofter it bloom...) When I was young, I didn't really understand why mum did all the work while she got nothing from planting, like harvesting I mean. But now I understand. I love herbs! The problem is, I can get dried basil, parsley, or coriander easily in a supermarket but it's hard to buy fresh herbs. I can order on the internet but they normally sell a huge amount of them. No one likes herbs in my family, so I can't use them up. So I decided to plant them by myself. I have Italian parsley at home already. It's been a year old now I think. I use them when I make salad or mix with tomato sauce to speard on bread. 06 Mar - I bought basil seeds and some soil. I had to buy some soil cause according to what I read, herb seeds are very sensitive to dirty circumstance, so this soil is kind of sterilised. There were about 80 seeds in one bag of seeds. 13 Mar - Yaaaay!!! There were some buds!! I felt like my baby was born :D 15 Mar - Half of seeds are sprouted.
