- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of flour
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla extract (optional) - I don't have it, so I put a bit of cinnamon powder
- Direction
- Pour milk in a sauce pan, scald the milk. Be careful not to boil them.
- Mix dried ingredients in a bowl - sugar, flour, and salt.
- Beat the eggs then pour it into the bowl. Mix them well.
- Pour the mixture into the sauce pan SLOWLY, keep stirring with a whisk not to make them gather together.
- Stir it until it's thickened.
- Put it in a container then store in a fridge right away.
