Mum bought big crabs from her trip. It's sad to say but the taste was exactly the same with processed crab tasted stuff that you can buy in a market :-/ 
Anyway, we couldn't finish them that night, so I removed the shells and decided to make fried rice.
- Ingredients
 - half carrot - diced
 - a small onion - diced
 - chopped spring onion and green pepper
 - an egg
 - crab
 - a bol of rice
 - pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce
 
- Direction
 - Fry onion and carrot in a wok until the onion is coocked.
 - Add all the other ingredients - crab, green pepper, spring onion and rice.
 - When they are cooked, add an egg in the middle of the wok and wrisk it.
 - Mix them well then season with 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
 - Sprinkle sesame for garnish - DONE!
 
It's easy to make with any vegetable in your fridge. Crab can be replaced to diced chicked breast or ham.
